The links below will bring you to the corresponding section of the accordion on the Academic Divisions Testing page, and opens that section. 

This uses anchors and the hash portion of the URL to navigate to the correct accordion section. 

We still have the issue of content being hidden behind the header after clicking an anchor link (I'm still waiting to hear back from Omni, on Friday they sent an update saying they are still looking into this).

However, if you refresh the page the corresponding section remains open, so this will work great once the header issue is fixed. 

I had to put the id's on the <h3> inside each dropdown. Putting id's on the <p> tags of the accordion heading itself did not work because they are transformed into a nested <span> at render.
